Thursday: Rest / drive to South Haven

Friday: 4.53-mile run in 54:20 on the Kal-Haven Trail in South Haven, MI, 11:59 pace

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 7.03-mile run in 1:22:12, 11:41 pace

Total miles: 18
Total time: 4 hours, 2 minutes



Emo knee is still feeling good!! 🙂  Still haven’t registered for the Soldier Field 10, but I’m mostly sticking to my training plan.

We spent the weekend in South Haven to celebrate our anniversary. It was a nice, chill weekend and I’ll probably do a separate post about it. Basically just a repeat of all my Instagram pics …
