Saturday: 3 1/2 hours of dancing between 90 minutes of my own studio time and a 2-hour fan veils workshop

Sunday: Pilsen Yoga Tribe followed by a 3.3-mile run

Despite skipping a workout, still a solid week. I want to start increasing my running mileage though – I’ve been saying that for awhile :-\  But now that the days are longer, hopefully it’ll be easier to do it. It felt good to get back on a Divvy bike when we had the nice temps.

Also, scheduling time for myself to work on my choreography, in a spacious studio with mirrors, has been a much better experience than struggling through it in my living room. Getting a head start instead of waiting until the last minute also helps.
