Tuesday: no workout because I got a haircut after work and apparently it’s impossible for me to get up early and workout before work

Wednesday: Bellydance class at Vaudezilla

Thursday: Vinyasa 1-3 at Yoga Loft in River North

Friday: Show!

Saturday: I need to figure out how to not have a “performance-hangover.” Because I typically only drink water before and during shows and still feel like I need a day of rest afterward.

Sunday: 3.2-mile run
