Monday: M3 Fusion (Megaformer) at Studio Lagree Lincoln Park. My glutes were so sore the next day.

Tuesday: 3-mile run – Felt extra badass because I had a blood draw earlier in the evening and didn’t faint! (Unlike the last blood draw.)

Wednesday: Power Yoga at Yoga Six South Loop

Thursday: Rest

Friday: 4.2-mile run

Saturday: Fan Veil workshop, 1 hour break, then 3 hours of rehearsal

Sunday: Yoga with Pilsen Yoga Tribe and a 3 x 1mi treadmill run with weights in between

Monday at Studio Lagree / Tuesday night’s run

Wednesday evening – LUNAFEST. I brought my friend Drew since he’s a video producer and into film. And we channeled American Gothic … or a Wes Anderson film.

I’m pretty proud of myself for getting it done last week – including a 6am yoga class on Wednesday!  Although I can already tell you that this week will not be a repeat performance  :-/
