I stopped logging my twice daily (usually) PT exercises.
KNEE UPDATE: Right now I’m running 2-3 times per week, up to 3.5 miles at a time. I’m doing my PT exercises 1-2 times per day. My knee still doesn’t feel 100 percent normal, but it’s going well and I’m ready to start slowly increasing the mileage. Or not. Maybe I’ll take more dance and group exercise classes.

Weekly Strength Workouts: Now that I’m cleared from PT, I’m looking forward to going back to CrossTown Fitness, Body R+D and hopefully using at least one voucher from the Chicago Fitness Pass Book that I purchased earlier in the year and forgot about.
Bi-weekly Fun Workouts: The burlesque workshop, rehearsal and performance were obviously quite fun for me. Can’t wait to do it again! 🙂
Read 12 Books: I finished not one but TWO books! Overachiever! The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver and Devil in the White City by Erik Larson. I enjoyed both.
Host Something Once a Month: Fail
