Review: Voke Tab

I’m not a morning person, so when I get up early to work out, I generally lay in bed as long as possible, and then rush around trying to get out the door so I can get in a decent workout before I have to start getting ready for work. And that doesn’t always leave enough time to make coffee, so my morning runs are often a bit sluggish.

However, Voke Tabs provide all-natural caffeine in a quick form – they are basically like giant smarties candies. But, made with good ingredients like guarana berry, green tea leaf caffeine, acerola cherry (which provides 100% of you daily vitamin C needs), rebina and monk fruit for sweetener, and beet for color. Voke Tabs contain 77mg of caffeine (a cup of coffee can contain between 80-300mg), so you can get enough of a boost without being jittery.

Now, the flavor is a bit … acquired. There is a little bit of an aftertaste, but since I typically take them first thing in the morning, I usually take a tab first and then brush my teeth.

Voke Tabs are available on Amazon (with free shipping for Prime members) or you can set up reload orders through the Voke website.

What do you take for caffeine? I love coffee, but don’t always have the time to make it, and I don’t like drinking coffee in the afternoon or later in the day.
