I love crunchy, salty snacks, so I was excited to try Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds. They are a zero carb, naturally gluten-free snack with 8g of protein but only 70 calories per serving, are cooked in sunflower oil, and come in four delicious flavors – Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper, Korean Kimchi BBQ, Spicy Dill and Pineapple Ancho Chile.
Each bag was marked as four servings, but I’ll be honest, I could probably get through an entire bag in a sitting. I think I typically got through them each in two servings. I loved all of the flavors, but Spicy Dill and Korean Kimchi BBQ were my favorites.
