Mix the following in a pitcher and store in fridge overnight, or for at least an hour if you’re in a rush.

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1-2 shots of brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Assortment of fruit sliced up – lemon, lime, orange, strawberry, whatever you have on hand

Right before serving, mix in a 2-liter bottle of clear soda pop – ginger ale, sprite, club soda, seltzer.  Garnish with any leftover fruit.  (Note, you can reduce the added sugar if you are mixing with a sugary soda.)

Mix the following in a pitcher and store in fridge overnight, or for at least an hour if you’re in a rush.

  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1-2 shots of brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar OR half a cup of white grape or apple juice
  • Cranberries
  • Diced apple slices
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary

Right before serving, mix in a 2-liter bottle of clear soda pop – ginger ale, sprite, club soda, seltzer.  Garnish with extra sprigs of rosemary – you can make the rosemary look extra wintery by rolling it in sugar before adding it as a garnish.  (Note, you can reduce the added sugar or juice if you are mixing with a sugary soda.)
