Monday – Wednesday: Stayed home with a sinus infection.

Thursday – Friday: Continued to rest

Saturday: 3.12 mi run in 36 minutes, 11:34 pace

Sunday: Why not rest some more

Monday: 3.38 mi in 41 minutes, 12:07 pace

Tuesday: Self Defense workshop at POW Gym

Wednesday: Absolute Strength at On Your Mark West Loop via ClassPass and a Divvy ride home

Thursday: 3.77 mi run in 41 minutes, 10:59 pace

Friday-Saturday: More rest

Sunday: Pilsen Yoga Tribe followed by a massage at L & A Healing Studio
