Monday: 3.5-mile run in 35:18, 10:03 pace. IN THE MORNING.

Morning – Power Vinyasa at Bare Feet Power Yoga
Evening – M3 Fusion at Studio Lagree River North

Morning – Power Yoga at Yoga Six South Loop
Evening – Pom Squad Fitness at Through the Body

Thursday: Rest

Friday: 3.5-mile run in 35:50, 10:12 pace

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Shamrock Shuffle, 4.97 miles in 51:27, 10:21 pace

Back-to-back days of double workouts because my ClassPass cycle was about the rest and I didn’t want to leave any credits unused. Three days in a row of morning workouts because of the double workouts and happy hour on Monday. Where’s my gold star.

Tuesday at Studio Lagree


Wednesday at Pom Squad at Through the Body. So much fun. So many memories of being on the pom squad in high school. 10/10 will be back. You should join me. (And Nina, not pictured, but Boomeranged.) 

Friday! My first “runch” (run at lunch). I popped down to the Riverwalk, which was nice because it wasn’t crowded and it also wasn’t windy. My office has a fitness center with a locker room, so I can shower before getting back to work.

That brings us to the end of week 4 of the Soldier Field 10 training. (Still haven’t registered.)  I’m feeling good. More importantly, my knee is feeling good!
