I went to the gym this morning. And I plan on going again tomorrow! I’ve spent months telling myself “I’ll go after work” then “I’ll go tomorrow” then “I’m too tired …” Well there’s no time like the present. Even if the present is 5am.
Anyway, my new fitness goal is to run 16 miles per week by this summer. Right now I’m up to about 3 miles per week. Would help if I went running (outdoors or on a treadmill) more than once a week.
